MemoDelta is operated by Adore LLC. This notice describes the public site and workspace contact and account data. Effective September 28, 2026.

What we collect

Engagement requests include your work email, firm and the workflow information you choose to submit. Account records include identity, organization membership and security settings. Application logs record service events and access. Do not submit borrower files through the public form.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond to requests, manage authorized access, operate the service, maintain security and administer billing. Payment information entered in hosted checkout is handled by Stripe; MemoDelta does not store full payment-card details.

Confidential evidence

Confidential file processing requires a separate institution-approved arrangement defining data rights, purposes, locations, retention and subprocessors. A public inquiry or a payment alone does not establish that arrangement.

Retention and requests

Contact requests are retained to handle the inquiry and its business record. Workspace retention follows the applicable arrangement and legal holds. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion and identify the relevant account. We will verify authority before changing organization records.

Cookies

The site uses session and request-verification cookies needed for sign-in and secure forms. No advertising-tracking integration is included in this build.
