Start with a paid, bounded calibration engagement. Agree the scope and expert effort before pricing a prospective pilot.

Agree the inputs.

Choose one first-lien cash-flow term-loan product, one memo template and a lender-approved checklist of approximately ten checks. Specify dossier size, source formats, expert hours, approved providers, turnaround and a compute ceiling.

Measure the whole cost.

Keep implementation, recurring delivery and research costs separate. Recurring delivery includes extraction, inference, retries, analyst investigation, necessary human quality review and support. Model tokens alone do not describe the economics.

Decide with evidence.

Track verified material findings the memo missed, false alarms, net analyst time and cost per file. The commercial test is whether partners change their memos because of useful findings and choose to renew.

Use the payment portal.

Invited organizations receive their scoped commercial arrangement in the workbench. The billing portal supports payment details and invoices. Buying access does not imply approval of live borrower-data processing.
